The travels of Ibn Batutta
Ibn Batutta is the one of the most famous travelers of his time, the 1300. Ibn Batutta traved far in his life. He wrote all about his travels across Africa, Arabia,Turkey, India, and China. He was born in Tangiers, Morocco in 1304 and lived to 1368. Lived to visit muslim ruled countries. Ibn Batutta was a very religous muslim that dreame of visiting Mecca the holy muslim city. Ibn Batutta was very educated and had a wealthy family. One day he discided to go to Mecca. he also went to Egept, Damascus in Syria, then discided to see all the muslim ruled countries. He spent three years in Mecca and made his hajj. while he was there he became a muslim judge, after the three years he went to go travel agian, and while traveling muslim fellows gave him a place to stay. He traveled over the black sea, visited Constantinople and across the steppes. People abmired him, in India the sultan gave Ibn Batutta a job as a judge and trusted Ibn to lead some Indians to China.
