CCA KIDS CLUB

 

CCA is aware of how difficult it can be to attend a meeting with children in tow. That is why we are proud to offer CCA Kids Club; a place for students and their siblings to go and have a good time while Mom and Dad are busy building a better school. “Kids Club” is a collaborative effort made by Parents, Teachers and the PTO, that offers a fun and exciting environment. Each month the “Kids Club” will do an activity based on a theme, whether it’s a holiday, Special Occasion or an upcoming activity in the school. CCA Kids Club is free to students and their siblings, and is held in conjunction with the monthly PTO meetings.
Text Box: PTO Activities PTO members are involved in many activities during the school year. Some of the major tasks we’re involved in include: creating the fall carnival; making a ‘Phone Friends’ phone book; helping to run the fall and spring Book Fairs; planning and staffing the annual spring ‘Field Day’; helping to create the school year book; and organizing some of the monthly student assemblies. But that’s not all; we also organize and run fundraisers during the school year, help with the ‘Weekend Warriors’ (parent volunteers that help maintain the school grounds on the weekends), collect box tops, soup labels and cans for recycling, and help with back to school events.
